01 / Fridges & freezers
That pattern often points to restricted airflow rather than a completely failed cooling system. Start by checking that food is not blocking the vents between the freezer and fridge compartments.
Listen for the internal fan and check that the door seals sit flat. If the freezer is packed with ice, switch the appliance off and let it defrost safely. Do not chip at the ice with a sharp tool.

Keep spills from baking onto the element, avoid slamming the door, and use the correct shelf position for the job. A clean door seal helps heat stay where it belongs.
Once a month, check that the clock and temperature controls respond normally. If the oven takes much longer to heat or cooks unevenly, stop compensating with guesswork and book a diagnosis.

Check the remote batteries, confirm the unit is in cooling mode, and clean the accessible filter according to the manufacturer instructions. Make sure the outdoor unit has clear space around it.
Weak airflow, water leaks, burning smells, and repeated trips are service signs. Turn the unit off and message us rather than continuing to run it through a fault.
