If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp receives the information you choose to send there and handles it under its own privacy policy.
We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as browser, device, approximate location, and server or security logs.
2. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the appliance problem, provide a quote or next step, arrange a visit, keep business records, prevent spam, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who may receive it
Enquiries are sent to Pie Fixe and stored in our website database service, Supabase. Where configured, enquiry details are sent through our email provider to the Pie Fixe business inbox, and an automatic confirmation may be sent to the email address you provide.
Our website also links to WhatsApp and embeds an OpenStreetMap map on the Contact page. Those services may process information when you choose to use them or load the relevant page. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
We may disclose information where required by law, to protect the website or business, or to service providers who process it on our instructions.
4. Cookies and similar tools
The website uses essential browser functionality and may use cookies or similar technologies supplied by Google Tag Manager or tags configured within it. The current site does not use a customer account or advertising profile.
Google Fonts may also request resources from Google when fonts load. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies or external resources may affect parts of the website.
